Charlotte Creekmore MSN, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner who is deeply interested in complementary and holistic healthcare. She spent many years caring for women and children in our community as a Midwife, and board-certified Lactation Consultant prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has great interest in life balance and holistic healthcare for men, women, and children, while understanding and valuing Western protocol and recommendations. She is a mother to three children and is truly committed to the health of her family and yours. In her spare time, she prefers to be on a mountain, an adventure or in the woods in our beautiful state of Montana.
Charlotte completed her nursing degree from the University of Montana, and she completed her Family Nurse Practitioner masters degree at Simmons University in Boston Massachusetts while working locally with a Naturopath in Missoula. Her clinical practicum in graduate school was in Missoula at varied local clinics and hospitals including Cost Care family practice and urgent care, Western Montana Clinic Now Care, Providence Hospital Grant Creek Family Practice, Community Hospital Private Practice, and Partnership Health Center.
